Environmental sustainabilty is very important to the business owners and it was important that the building reflected that.

Many of the building products were custom milled from trees that had fallen in the park.  The lighting was designed to not only look nice, but more importantly use as little energy as possible.

 The pot lighting installed inside and out was all LED

 the 32 LED pot lights had 12 watt lamps, as opposed to the 75 watt halogen counterparts.  These lamps use 85% less energy and have a very long 50,000 hour lifespan, along with other environmental benefits.  They are mercury free, 100% recyclable.

By using these lamps they will be saving 8800 kilowatt hours of energy per year.
